  • Weekly Tapping & Healing Circle

    Join us each week for a nurturing space of emotional freedom, connection, and deep healing designed to support you on your journey toward wholeness. Together on Zoom, we use EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques, or “tapping”), breathwork, meditation, somatic practices, and other holistic modalities to clear emotional blocks, release trauma stored in the body, and regulate the nervous system.

    What is EFT and why does it work?
    EFT combines gentle tapping on specific acupressure points while talking through how you are feeling. I like to explain it as needless acupuncture! It is a super effective and easy way to release stored emotions, feelings and memoreis from your body. While tapping on the 9 specific points, your calm your nervous system and send a message to your brain that you are safe. After tapping you may feel lighter, more present, and deeply supported.

  • Why healing in community matters:

    Healing with others allows us to tap into another form of healing, empathy. Seeing and hearing how others are feeling the same way that you have, allows you to be more gentle on yourself. This creates more understanding of the situations, feelings and stressors that cause us to have these big emotions, and also allows us to let go~ even if just a little bit.

    This group is for women seeking relief from stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and the invisible weight of unprocessed experiences. Whether you are navigating motherhood, life transitions, or simply desire to feel more at home in your body and mind, this space invites you to show up exactly as you are, and leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and connected to your true self.
