This is a guided meditation series that will ease you into mediation. Whether you’re a meditation newbie, or you meditate daily this series will allow you to go to different places and unlock answers from within that you may not have known you needed.
The meditations will start out at 5 minutes and progress into longer meditations weekly, up to 20 minutes total. We will have some time at the end for questions and feedback.
